SHIPPING & DELIVERY/TRACKING INFO

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, which means it takes 3-5 business days to prepare your orders BEFORE they ship. By the fifth business day your order will ship. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders are shipped via USPS and are typically expected to arrive within 2-5 business days (US addresses only) after the processing time, excluding holidays, inclement weather, and postal delays. Once your order has shipped, please contact USPS regarding any issues you may have, as your package is no longer in our possession.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly before finalizing your order, as Body Treats will NOT be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect mailing address. If your order is returned and needs to be reshipped, please be advised that there will be a service fee to reship.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is lost or stolen, while in the possession of the post office, or after being delivered, you will need to contact the post office and file a claim with them. Body Treats will not be responsible. Be sure to utilize your tracking number provided when your order is shipped. If you’re uncertain if you’ll be available on delivery day, make arrangements with USPS before the delivery day. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND DELIVERY DATE. WE WILL NOT RESHIP ITEMS DUE TO THEM BEING LOST OR STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY.

We sell feminine care & wellness products, therefore for sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on any of our goods/products. We will, however, accommodate you as best as we can.
